SurPrice Car Rental at Zagreb Airport

Returning the car and dealing with a genuine and well informed agent was the best experience I have ever had at a car rental company. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. New cars, quality service, and friendly staff.

Paperwork to pickup the car was a little slow, making it too dark to check the car properly, but otherwise the car itself was nice and paid a fair price for it. We has it booked for half a month. I was genuinely impressed by the effortless service of the staff at return. Overall, we are quite satisfied with our car rental experience. Congratulations to the staff.

We booked the car at almost half the price here than we did on another online portal before. We waited one hour for the car, but the company compensated us by waiving the need to fill the tank. No complaints nonetheless. Very friendly staff and the car was great. Highly recommended.

The overall experience was good and I received the service I am used to with Surprice. I only wish they had a better selection of larger automatic vehicles, as the wagon was a major adjustment for my tall family. I have used them four times this year for work and will certainly book again.

We got a bigger car, pickup was delayed by system issues, but staff were lovely and drop-off was smooth. We were travelling with our 2 small kids and needed child seats for them, only 1 was available at the agency but they somehow arranged another. I really liked their supportive attitude of the staff.
