Active Car Rental at Pula Airport

This was one of the easiest car rentals I have had. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, pricing was transparent. The car was a little used but it was clean and very fuel efficient. I would recommend and use them again.

Really good supplier and very professional staff. We had a question about taking the car on a ferry and they explained what was allowed before we left. Car was comfortable and fuel consumption was good. Overall, a very good experience. No issues with returning the car. Will definitely book with Active Car Rental Hrvatska again.

The car was excellent and booking by phone was very good. Pickup and return were smooth. We had a lovely family holiday and the rental car made everything much easier. We could visit beaches and villages any time of the day. The car was comfortable even with four adults and luggage.

Very nice service, I will be back. Booking confirmation could have been clearer about the pickup instructions, but I was able to get the supplier location details thanks to the customer service. Rest was all easy. Car was very good and return took five minutes.

We picked up in Zagreb and drove all the way down to Dubrovnik. The car was comfortable for the long distance and the boot was big enough for all our bags.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at both pickup and drop-off locations. The car was not exactly the model I had selected but it was the same category and honestly it was fine. It had a big boot, which helped a lot with our luggage, and was comfortable for the long drive from Zagreb to the coast.

Very pleased. It was simple, worked well, and the service was reliable. Return was outside office hours and I was slightly nervous about how it would work. The instructions were clear and the key drop was easy to find. No issues with the after-hours return.
