Great car, a new Clio with no problems. The agents gave us a very warm welcome and were really thorough with the whole process. Pickup was fast and trouble-free, and the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.

Pickup took a little while due to heavy crowd, but the return was very quick, with a very helpful agent. They had many cars in the parking lot and all seemed like freshly cleaned for collection. We also got a reliable car and very good experience.

Collection was easy and straightforward, but we got stuck in traffic and the drop-off was slightly difficult to find. We almost missed our flight. A helpful staff member took the car back for me. The car was perfect otherwise. The service was great and the price was good.
