It could have been a bad start to our holiday as our flight was late and we arrived after normal office hours. I was worried about getting the car but fortunately I was able to inform the agent in time. After hours instructions were clear and someone was there when we arrived. Very helpful after a long travel day. Car was basic but it was all we needed. Thanks a lot.

Very good customer service, friendly staff, straightforward process, and no issues with the car. We had lots of luggage and everything fitted in. Pickup and return both went smoothly. The car was recent, had 2000 km, was well equipped. Good welcome.

Excellent. Pickup was slightly slow because only two staff processed many customers, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice experience in Pula. The car had enough space for our luggage and it was practically new. We used it for a week travelling around Istria and it was economical on fuel too.

Everything went smoothly at Zagreb airport. Found the rental desk without much trouble and the employee was very friendly. We had booked economy online but we were given a slightly bigger car which was useful for our suitcases. Return was quick too.

We just needed a car for two people to travel around Istria and the little car was perfect. Easy to park in Rovinj and drive on the smaller roads. Booking process was simple, no surprise costs when we picked it up. Would use again.

I am very satisfied again with the car quality, price, and pleasant welcome. We only had difficulty finding the rental desk. but the staff were helpful and friendly and the transaction was smooth. Good service, recommended. We had booked an automatic car, which made the drive easy and a lot more economical.

Booking was very easy and the price was good compared to what I have paid before. Desk staff in Split were friendly and explained everything quickly. Car was clean and worked perfect for our week in Dalmatia. Return was also no problem.

Really good rate for 5 days, unlimited mileage included. Pickup took maybe 20 minutes because there was a small queue, but staff were nice and the paperwork was straightforward. Car had some marks already but they were all written down before we left. Will book and use the same agency again.

Very good. About a 15-minute wait for collection, super helpful staff, and I would definitely use them again. The car was perfect. It was comfortable and actually had a bigger boot, so it worked out well. Pleasant welcome, very efficient handling, and friendly, competent staff.
