AutoUnion Car Rental at Dubrovnik Airport

I had never rented a car in Croatia before and was a bit unsure about the process. The staff explained the deposit, insurance and fuel rules in a very simple way. Made it easy for me. The rental went very well and the car was good so I’m happy.

First time renting in Croatia and honestly it was easier than expected. Staff were helpful, paperwork wasnt too much and the car was clean. Plenty of space for luggage and good AC, which was important in August. Return was simple too. It was good value for money.

The Autounion car representative was very good, and the upgrade was financially acceptable. The car was a little untidy, though clean, even though it was new. It was was reliable and comfortable though and we mostly used it on the longer motorway sections. Nothing complicated, just good service and a fair rental rate.

We were travelling with our young daughter and needed a car with enough space for bags and a child seat. The supplier helped arrange it and pickup was easy. Car was clean when we got it. Best car rental experience so far. I would especially thank Aheb, the desk representative. He was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and polite.

I was very satisfied with the car and staff, but the drop-off opening hours are a problem for flights outside business hours. Very happy and would use Autounion again.

The agent called the day before to confirm the reserved vehicle suited my needs and suggested a Renault Clio, which was better. The office was easy to find and the staff helpful. Very happy with the overall experience. I may use the same service again in a few weeks. Thank you.

I had one question about the final price because I didnt understand one of the charges. The desk staff checked it for me and explained where it came from. Registration and vehicle delivery were good. Everything else was fine.

The booked car was not available, but another car in perfect condition was offered immediately, though it was smaller. I received a small discount and appreciated the team’s professionalism and responsiveness.
