Mack Car Rental Croatia – Fleet, Locations & Reviews

This was probably one of the easiest rentals we’ve had during our Europe trip. We booked the car a few weeks before arriving in Croatia and the confirmation email included all the information we needed. Pickup was smooth, the car was clean and even better than I expected from the photos. We drove from Dubrovnik all the way to Zadar without any issues. Fuel economy was good and the air conditioning worked really well, which was important because it was very hot. I’d happily use Mack again next time we visit Croatia.

One thing I really liked was that everything was explained properly before we left. They showed us the existing marks on the car and answered our questions about toll roads and fuel stations. Sometimes rental companies make things feel stressful but this didn’t. We drove around Istria for several days and the car was comfortable the whole time. There were no unexpected charges after returning it which is always nice.

Drove over 900 km during our trip and the car never missed a beat. Comfortable, clean and no problems at all. Can’t really ask for more.

The staff were really nice and didn’t make the process complicated. They explained everything quickly and we were on the road faster than expected.

I hadn’t heard much about Mack before booking so I was a little unsure. After reading a few reviews I decided to give them a try. Honestly I don’t regret it. Pickup in Split was easy, the paperwork didn’t take forever and the staff were friendly without trying to sell loads of extras. The car was in really good condition and we used it every day for over a week. Returning it in Dubrovnik was just as straightforward.

Booked a compact car for driving around Split and Trogir. Easy to park, good on fuel and exactly what we needed. Would rent here again.

There were five of us travelling with lots of luggage so we booked a larger SUV. It had enough room for everyone and was comfortable even on the longer drives. The staff helped us install the child seat because we weren’t doing it right at first, which was appreciated. One small thing, the office was a bit busy when we arrived but once our turn came everything moved pretty fast. Overall a very good experience.

We rented a car from Mack for 9 days and travelled from Zagreb down to Split with a few stops along the way. Booking online was simple enough and I liked that the final price matched what we paid at pickup. The car wasn’t the newest model but it was clean and reliable which mattered more to us. We had no issues driving through the national parks or along the coast. Drop off was quick and we were at the airport much earlier than expected.

Compared a few companies before booking and Mack had one of the better prices. The car wasn’t brand new but it was clean and drove perfectly for our holiday.

Collected our car from Dubrovnik Airport and everything was ready when we arrived. No waiting around and the whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. Really happy with the service.
