Dollar Thrifty Car Rental at Zagreb Airport

Booking was easy and the price was quite good. Getting to the rental desk involved a walk through the airport terminals. Waiting for the car pickup took some time. The car was in good condition and was easy to use for the whole week. There were no problems at all. Returning the car was very fast, with no issues regarding claimed damages or refuelling, and everything was signed off without issue.

Good deal. The car was a little dirty when we arrived at Zagreb Airport but the staff had it cleaned before we picked it up. It was easy to drive and managed our entire trip without any problems. For a family vacation, I would definitely book a more spacious car.

The staff was great, the car was new and clean, and the service was perfect. Picking up and returning the car went as smoothly as possible, even when returning it outside opening hours at 10:30 p.m. The only small issue was the agency location, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. You have to take a shuttle to get there. However, the shuttle service to and from the airport works really well, and the rental company’s instructions are clear. A good experience as a whole.

Great experience with the Dollar Thrifty staff. The car itself was a bit smelly, but that was due to a quick turnaround so we could have the bigger van requested. Everything else was great. We drove for 4 days and our trip went smoothly.
