    Efficient service

    29 August 2026
    Verified

The desk was a little busy when we arrived, so we waited around 20 minutes. But the staff were efficient and friendly. Car was clean and drove perfectly for our trip to Plitvice and the coast. Just a slight issue at the beginning, an absolutely wonderful trip afterwards. Returning the car at Zagreb airport was very easy.

We had a long drive planned through Croatia and the car really helped us see places we would not have managed otherwise. Comfortable seats, good air conditioning and no mechanical problems. The car was great on the road and responded well. We will surely return.

Very good experience. The price was affordable, booking online took only a few minutes and there were no strange surprises when collecting the car. The staff were fantastic and friendly. And they also told us about less touristy places known only to locals, which I really appreciated. Would book again for sure.

The rental team were very friendly but the office was quite busy when we arrived. Took longer than I expected to get the keys. After that no problems at all and the return was super quick. Car was almost new and perfect for our week-long stay in Pula.

Very friendly team and good service. We arrived later than planned because of a delayed flight and they were still there for us. This was a big relief as we had two kids waiting and a hotel booked outside Split. Completely satisfied with the service.

Good value for money. We rented for five days and the car was clean, economical and easy to drive. Staff at the counter were helpful even though we had a few questions about driving through hilly sections Many thanks to the young man who welcomed us when we arrived at the desk, he was very professional and friendly.

Perfect, simple and effortless. Everything went smooth from booking to returning the car. We are a family of four and the estate car gave us plenty of room for bags. No complaints at all.
