Absolutely recommended! The XL car pickup system is very efficient, with the inspection and contract completed in the parking lot. From the first moment, everything worked perfectly. The pickup at the airport was excellently organized by kind staff. We were picked up directly in front of the terminal in a shuttle bus and arrived at the rental station in less than five minutes. The staff were very friendly and competent, and taking over the vehicle was quick and uncomplicated. The car was not very new, with 100,000 km, but it did its job perfectly and was in a very clean and well-maintained condition. The return also went absolutely smoothly and even faster than the pickup. Overall, a good experience.

Fantastic and friendly staff, but there was a big queue at collection. No issues with the rental or return, though I may have received a camera ticket and wonder how that is handled. The car was clean, in good condition, and we received exactly the vehicle we had booked. The booking process was smooth. The professional, and efficient customer support was very helpful. Overall very pleased, though return directions were confusing. The car was a Citroen C1, in the same category. It was still quite new and drove without any issues. The rental rate was very good, so we were able to choose the all-inclusive insurance policy. The staff was very fast, so we are very satisfied with the service. We will certainly use XL car rental again.

XL rent a car was excellent. The rental cost was the lowest I have ever paid. The location is very convenient. The car was in excellent condition and had only 10,000 km.! Very fast when I collected the car and the same at drop-off. No senseless attempts to sell extra insurance; I showed them the cover I bought online so there was no need to buy another. A very pleasant experience with absolutely no problem.
