The outside of the car was a little dusty when we picked it up, although inside was really clean. Car was good and the price was reasonable. Continuous email guidance made the rental process easy, but more explanation about key-box return would have helped. Rest was very, very good. The rental was handled by Niko who was dedicated and seamless with the return process.

A flight delay made us miss our train, so we turned to car rental. The representatives who welcomed us were very warm and available despite the late hour. They helped load our large luggage and move the car from a very tight parking space. Top staff and return was perfect.

Excellent. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, no pressure, easy and pleasant. Drop-off was a bit difficult to find, but Google Maps helped. Staff at both ends were excellent.

Car was nearly new and drove great. Everything was okay except the return, which was crowded, but I was allowed to leave the keys and got confirmation soon after. Got the final confirmation later that evening and everything was fine. Very convenient.

Booking was easy and Firefly provided efficient, quick, and friendly pickup and drop-off with no hard sell for extras. We booked a small car and were very impressed with how well maintained it was. Staff were very helpful, more information on the car technology would have helped. No complaints and highly recommended.

A satisfactory experience. Pickup was a little slow because our car was not ready yet. We waited for about 20 minutes. They apologised and gave us a coffee while we waited. Once we got the car everything was good and it was clean inside. Return took literally five minutes.

Pickup was easy and excellent service from on-site staff. I have used them before so I was quite at ease knowing their service and car quality. The branch is a short walk from the airport to the office. A shuttle would have helped as I was travelling alone and had more luggage this time. Otherwise everything was good, I liked the car. It was much better value than onsite suppliers. Good job.

A particularly friendly and helpful team, from the agency desk to the parking lot reception and maintenance staff. The explanations were very clear. One of my best car rental experiences.

Overall good. I like being able to add options like a second driver and winter tires before pickup, leaves less things to worry at pickup. Great experience and truly recommended. The car was better than expected and everything went smoothly.

Pick-up went fine, and the car was new and in very good condition. Instructions could be clearer about where the supplier desk is. We walked around for a bit before finding it. The staff were friendly and sorted us out quickly as soon as we found the office. Car was reliable no problems during the trip.
