Easy pickup and drop-off, with no surprises or hidden costs. I was charged extra for driving the extra kilometres. Please provide the start and stop mileage and an invoice showing the charges. Otherwise all went perfectly and the whole experience was amaing. I will use the service again.

All good and ten out of ten assistance from north car rental agents at the desk. Straightforward, good value, and no problems. There were minor scratches and defects on the vehicle, but all were recorded in the condition report. Otherwise, great service.

Everything went smoothly from A to Z. Overall a very good experience. Pickup took a while but drop-off was excellent. Nice Peugeot 3008 instead of Qashqai, and the extra full insurance through croatiarentalcar was good value. The staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely the best deal i have found in a long time.

Very friendly service at pickup. The gentleman at the desk was professional but also relaxed, explained the paperwork and showed us the existing marks on the car. We appreciated this. Return was even quicker. Overall a very good rental.

We rented a small SUV for a hiking trip and it was best for our trip. We had backpacks and other equipment with us. Drove really well on some of the mountain roads. Booking was easy and the price was reasonable for the 6 days. Staff were friendly, gave helpful drop-off information, and the car was new and clean. All good thank you and see you again.

No problems at all. It was very smooth and easy at the smaller airports. Very helpful and friendly staff; I would rent from Croatia rental cars again and highly recommend them. No surprises, and everything was as it should be. I was surprised to see so many add on options though I didnt need any. Helpful staff member on arrival. The rental was very good and I liked the car condition, but it was very difficult to find the return area because the postcode did not lead to the address. Please add more accurate details on the address so we dont have to waste time looking for the agency. Good value for the car anyway. I would use again, thank you.

Comfortable car, good fuel economy and easy return. The only slight issue was finding the supplier office. We were puzzled while trying to locate it. Rest of the process was really straightforward, and I would definitely book with North car rental. Using the website was easy and we booked in less than 10 minutes, most of which was the time we took to decide where we should pickup. Good job and keep up.
