National Car Rental at Zagreb Airport

The hire cost was competitive. I did not get the exact model but a different model in the same category. The replacement was a good substitute. The service was correct and the agents listened and delivered in under 10 minutes. Thanks a lot.

Great car, a new Clio with no problems. The agents gave us a very warm welcome and were really thorough with the whole process. Pickup was fast and trouble-free, and the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.

Pickup took a little while due to heavy crowd, but the return was very quick, with a very helpful agent. They had many cars in the parking lot and all seemed like freshly cleaned for collection. We also got a reliable car and very good experience.

Booking was impressively easy and I was able to find the car quite quickly. I loved the car, the price, and the friendly staff. I will definitely use National again and recommend it. Excellent experience.

Collection was easy and straightforward, but we got stuck in traffic and the drop-off was slightly difficult to find. We almost missed our flight. A helpful staff member took the car back for me. The car was perfect otherwise. The service was great and the price was good.

Very well received by the staff and got a clean car at a fairly low price. I like that everything was clearly explained in the terms before I booked, so there were no surprises. I would rent from Croatiarentalcars again!

Really good service, and I was honestly a bit sceptical about the prices and how cheap they are compared to other booking sites. The car was spotless and a pleasure to drive. Return was simple and quick. I will definitely use them again.

Booking was perfect and the deal had great value. The staff I dealt with during pickup and return were professional and informative. Well done, and appreciate the timely service.

Really easy. I printed the confirmation and presented it at the National rental desk. I have used this platform before for booking and will do it again, as National is my preferred supplier and booking here is always cheaper. Seamless experience as before. Cheers!

The car matched the booking and was in good condition. Very professional and wholesome staff greeted us with a smile and quickly delivered the car. Returning the car was also easy. I will come back and recommend them 100%.
