Can I return my Europcar rental car outside normal business hours?
Yes, many Europcar locations in Croatia offer after hour vehicle return service using a secure key drop box. Simply park the vehicle in the designated return area and deposit the keys in the secure key return box, where available.
Good to know: An out of hours return fee per rental applies when using the key return box. Also, the renter remains responsible for the vehicle until our staff can check it during station opening hours on the following day.

What’s included in Europcar’s standard rental insurance in Croatia?

What fuel policy does Europcar use in Croatia?
Europcar Croatia uses the same level fuel policy (return same as pick up). Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or the determined level of fuel mentioned in the Rental Agreement.
Know in advance: If you have not returned the vehicle with the same level of fuel indicated in the Rental Document, you will be charged a refuelling + fee for missing fuel, which is usually EUR 50,- incl. VAT plus fuel price.
