Most rental companies use a Full-to-Full fuel policy for almost all car categories. This means you will receive the vehicle with a full tank and should return it full. Returning the car with less fuel than the agreed-upon fuel policy incurs higher-than-market-rate refuelling charges and a supplier service fee.

⚠️ Prepaid fuel is the least common fuel policy, in which you pay in advance. There are no refunds for unused fuel at drop-off. You can refuel a hybrid car at any standard gas station, since most of them use petrol. Keep the final fuel receipt until the rental inspection is complete.

Unlimited mileage is a common rental inclusion, but not all deals and suppliers provide it. Sometimes luxury vehicles are restricted for limited mileage use. Suppliers often charge an extra per-km fee for driving a car beyond the permitted daily mileage cap.
