How far in advance should I book a Pula to Dubrovnik one-way rental?

A one-way rental car requires you to book earlier than a standard round trip. Most suppliers allot fewer cars to one-way deals, leaving travellers with limited options that book faster than a simple return rental. For peak season (July or August), book one-way rentals between cities far apart at least 6-8 weeks ahead.

Can I return the rental car in Dubrovnik after office hours?

Since opening hours vary by supplier and location, after-hours returns may be available upon prior confirmation. If available, the service can be arranged for an additional fee. Once the supplier approves it, travellers are usually required to park the car in the designated parking lot and leave the keys in the drop-box or kiosk.
