What documents do I need to rent a car one way?
The required documentation for standard rentals in Croatia is given below.

Can I rent a car in Croatia with a foreign driving licence?
If your domestic licence is printed in the Latin alphabet, you can usually drive in Croatia without an International Driving Permit (IDP). But you will need an IDP if your licence uses a non-Latin script, such as Arabic, Cyrillic, Chinese, or Japanese.

Is cross-border travel allowed with a Rijeka to Zagreb one-way car rental?
No border crossing is required for a standard Rijeka to Zagreb drive, as this route remains entirely within Croatia.
