Suppliers often deny or cancel bookings without following documentation at pickup:
- Passport/National ID
- Original Driver’s License held for at least a year with no major endorsements
- Valid Credit Card in the main driver’s name
- An International Driving Permit (IDP) must be accompanied by a foreign driver’s license written in a non-Latin script (eg, Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic).
